Active and positive HR Enthusiast holding the view that people are not "resources", who understands the HR acronym more like Human Relations. Master's degree student of Personnel Management and Organizational Development at Masaryk University in Brno acknowledging new approaches of working with people.

Perfectionist who loves freedom and the feeling being involved in something meaningful. Excited traveler who enjoys meeting new people and discovering unusual places. Fascinated occasional blogger who writes about other cultures and distant countries like wonderful Japan, friendly Iran or exotic Australia. COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I hosted a few people in Brussels during my stay in Belgium and I have surfed to Canarian Island and Japan :) .. unforgettable experience!
