About Me

I like talking with animals and resting among trees.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Because I like the idea and the people who share and help other people who don't know yet... and without expecting an economic benefit!! This really makes a big difference in an ultra-capitalist culture.

Interests

My interests are innumerable, but they can be summarized broadly in: a great interest in LIFE, in all its forms and colors. How is it created? How do you care? How is it preserved? ...
This focused on personal growth, the cultivation of food and a conscious nutrition is what currently guides my steps ...

  • music
  • hiking
  • snorkeling
  • nature
  • climbing
  • whales
  • healthy food
  • vegetarian cooking
  • hatha yoga
  • growing vegetables
  • ecoaldeas
  • all the world
  • asthanga yoga

Music, Movies, and Books

Countless also, every moment has its soundtrack.
But my life wouldn't sound so good without the music created during the 60's and 70's ... by groups like Jefferson Airplane, Pink Floyd, Led Zeppelin ...

The seventh Art .... some of the last movies that I have enjoyed were Lucky, I Origins and Castaway on the Moon. The latter is South Korean, a cinema that I discovered recently and captivated me.
But not as much as the documentaries of Blue Planet II, incredible but real images!

On my night table I have two books right now, one of them is Homo Deus and the other is Que tus alimentos sean tu medicina. Both recommendable

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I think being alive is amazing :)

Teach, Learn, Share

Sometimes we teach with our acts and words, without being aware of it.

My senses are usually prepared to learn as much as possible

And share everything that be in our hands.
To share is to live, it is not just a saying, for me it is like a mantra. Even the most insignificant thing grows when it is shared, or it calms down (if we talk about negative feelings)

What I Can Share with Hosts

All my peaceful company.

Maybe I am not the most fun and outgoing person but I consider myself a respectful and open-minded person, with who one can have a great coexistence.

Countries I’ve Visited

Germany, Portugal

Countries I’ve Lived In
