Overview
About Me
I am a writer and professional hobo, travelling the world and complaining about inane things like the lack of decent coffee in Bangladesh or my time in 'Nam (2015 FYI)
Basically if you want to hear ceaseless rambling about absolute nonsense or weird animal facts I'm your huckleberry (Also absurdly antiquated slang)
Due to a pile of friend requests from people I have never met I must mention that all friend requests from strange probable bots will be ignored.
Additionally unconfirmed requests will be cancelled (If I say yes, confirm it within a few days or it is a no)

One last thing, I'm in a wheelchair so if you want to go for a walk you're going to push :)
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I really enjoy meeting weird people from weird places. Sharing far fetched and highly unlikely stories as a host or surfer.
I've ended up hosting dozens of people, some for nearly a month, and I keep in touch with my favourite oddballs through whatever social media they happen to use
Interests
Pretty well anything absurd or unusual will interest me, from sci-fi to ancient myths or local histories. I tend to be a little obsessed with music from nearly any given genre and make horrific attempts at music with my harmonica and guitar whenever there is no one around telling me to stop :)

Music, Movies, and Books
The problem with answering this question is that I could spew a list of several thousand songs and about the same number of books and movies. My absolute favourites though....
Song: Probably Suzanne -Leonard Cohen
Movie: Primer (Don't worry no one else has seen it either)
Book: Flowers for Algernon
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
At thirty years old I lost my mind, sold everything, and ran away from home. My life now is a result of this reckless and brilliant decision.
Teach, Learn, Share
I can teach people how to play Uno... Or fold paper cranes... How to palm coins...
Basically I am a fountain of useless information and skills.
What I Can Share with Hosts
I can endlessly ramble about lizards, play the harmonica badly, and tell increasingly hard to believe stories about my travels.
