ABOUT US

We are on the road again! This winter we will visit Malaysia (where we are now), the Philippines, Taiwan, South Korea and last but not least JAPAN! This is for a 3 month period.
We would be so happy to get to meet you out there somewhere. Either for drinks, social events or a stay in your home.

Me and hubby are a happy couple that lives in Oravais, Finland, that usually goes abroad during winter time. We are currently renovating our small summer cottage by the sea, so you will have the whole flat to yourself if you choose to visit us here in our small village by the ocean. In the future we plan to have a permaculture garden, and to be off grid. Still we have quite some work to do before our dreams come true. But, so far so good. Here we can relax fully to the sounds of the birds. We also have the lovely company of a rooster and 3 hens that supply us with fresh eggs every day. The husband is a fishing-loving guy, so he can take you out for a nice fishing trip to sea, weather permitting.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

We had great experience of couchsurfing and met new friends from all over Europe during our Roadtrip, that we did 2012-13. We think it´s a perfect way of traveling on the cheap and exchanging cultures and meeting new friends.

Intereses

Trips to Tibet, Nepal, Alaska, Africa, South America and SE Asia.
And bought a small summer house that we will restore with recycled and environment friendly materials. Looking forward to making it an off-grid place and a permaculture garden with chicken.
