ABOUT ME

My name is Juan, and I am a MFA student at California Institute of the Arts (CALARTS), starting in the fall of 2019. I lived 7 years in Iowa City, and 3 years in Chicago. I like traveling. I am doing my MFA centered on Latino identity in the US, especially in visual arts, including the fashion industry -throw fashion photography. I enjoy cooking and having after dinner conversation.

Right now I'm just traveling between Chicago and Los Angeles, as I will start my MFA in Photography and Media at Calarts.

None in the US . But I am really exited about the possibility of the experience.
