ABOUT ME

I was born and grew up in the United States, but my family is Lithuanian... I have been living in Lithuania for many years now. I share and apartment with my boyfriend Tadas.

We are both very much interested in living history reconstruction, and have our own club that reconstructs 8-12 c. Baltic tribe crafts and livelihood. I'm a folk singer and perform with Lithuania's most important pagan folk ansamble Kūlgrinda. Tadas works at the institute of folk culture. So, don't be surprised if there's a lot of music in our home :) We're diehard "metalheads" and go to all the best metal/folk festivals in Lithuania every year: Kilkim Žaibu, Mėnuo Juodaragis, Velnio Akmuo. Also we participate in many living history festivals.

Our apartment is full of books and handicrafts, spools of yarn and piles of wood and leather are in every corner. We love making and eating food, so if you're a good cook, we'd love to taste the cuisine of your home country :)
