ABOUT ME: My family and I just relocated from Washington D.C. to Santa Monica, CA. I'm always up for meeting new people from around the world and sharing stories.

Por qué estoy en Couchsurfing

At a younger age, before being married-with-children, I traveled the world and met fantastic people through couch surfing. While I don't surf much now, I do still carry the torch and share with as many people as I know that benefits of this great cultural exchange program.

Intereses

International diplomacy - soft power can be very effective. I'm such a political nerd. I've only ever worked in and around politics (US to be exact). I can share plenty of stories of our great democracy.

Food - if I've never tried it, then chances are I'll be happy to have a go at it. Meat is a key part of every meal. Meat is the one thing I can not go without (Well that and beer!).

Drinks: I'm not a huge drinker, but I do like a good beverage from time to time. Water by day, Spaten Optimator by night.

Health - I eat and live very healthy. With all my traveling you never know when you are going to need to outrun a hungry lion. I like to visit the gym, but for the most part stay active by walking and biking.
