About Me

I grew up in a lively city not far from Venice, in the north east of Italy. Born and raised there I always wanted to travel and discover as much as I could. After going around for few years I eventually decided to set my newly found roots in the fairest of all cities, Dublin. Four years ago I moved to the emerald island and I settled down for a while. I travelled all around Europe and now the rest of the world can come visit and travel thru my home as well.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Because travelling is getting easier and if there's a change to make it stay that way I'll be all in. In the last few years I understood how travelling and moving has plenty of versions and perspective and couchsurfing perfectly represents one of them.

Music, Movies, and Books

Call me a Romantic but Pride and Predjudice is one of my favs among books. as for Italian authors id' go for Ammaniti and his brilliant Io non ho Paura. cinema is too wide of a topic to narrow it down to just one fav movie, but I can honestly say I was impressed and moved by La meglio gioventù and Mine vaganti just to mention a couple of Italian movies.
as far as music is concerned theres no such thing as a favourite song:every moment and time has its own specific tune

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Amazing is relative and what I find amazing in having done it is taking under my wing when I was roughly 16, 3 Australians lost in my city, trying to get to be understood by careless people and welcoming them home and driving afterwards to a place they were meant to be for an important business meeting.

Teach, Learn, Share

La terra non può non amare l'albero.

A quote from an Italian movie, trying to translate it, it'd sound like:
The ground cannot but love the tree.
