What I Can Share with Hosts

I love to share my knowledge of CrossFit wih you and we can workout together if you want to.
I love to wake up early to celebrate breakfast with some hot and tasty coffee, so I can prepare everything for breakfast.
I really love to wash the dishes, it is kind of meditation for me :)
