People call me Desta, but some also call me Valenshia. It doesn't matter since both are my name :)
I'm 25 years old. Now I'm trying to get my master degree in law in Netherlands and living in Leiden. I rarely went abroad but now I want to see the world. I'd like to explore more about other countries, have new experiences and get in touch with local people. To see the universe, to meet people and learn from them are great adventure, and life is an adventure, right?

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Staying in hotel is nice, but it will make the journey, in my opinion, ordinary. I want to interact with local people, know the culture and its common. Travelling is not only about visiting places but also learn about the people, the culture, and its civilisation. That's why I'm interested in joining Couchsurfing so I can have opportunity to know more and have many friends from other countries :)

Interests

I love to cook. Everytime I feel stress or get bored, I will cook. It cheers me up and changes my mood. I also like to make stories, but have never published it.
