Hey,

I’m Val, currently travelling in Turkey for a whole month.

I am an occasional cook but, above all, a hearty eater who loves discovering new recipes. I also enjoy letting off steam through French boxing, hiking (exploring some of Europe’s most beautiful mountains), and cycle touring. If you also like cooking, I'd love to discover new recipes from your country :)

I am deeply committed to environmental and social issues, participating in climate conferences for young people for instance.

I love meeting new people along the road and share our life story.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm on Couchsurfing to meet new people while I'm travelling, especially in countries whose culture is quite new to me (I'll be visiting Turkey in November/December).

I'd love to take time to talk with my hosts, share a bit of their life but I can also definitely be autonomous ;)

Hitch-hike on one of the least populated roads in Patagonia with a guy I had just met (It took 6 hours to get someone to stop...).
