Hallo! Willkommen auf meinem Profil :D

I am Vale, 26 years old and I live in Kempten in Germany. That´s a town close to the alps where I grew up. I moved back here after traveling, working different jobs and studying and now I enjoy being close to my family again. Being back home feels grounding right now and I am excited about settling here for a while.

My job is my passion - I am a montessori teacher (since february this year) and I love it! After studying for 6 years I am now really glad to apply what I have learned.
I’m very interested in education and I believe that the children in the present will need very different skills than we do now when they‘ve grown up. Also I am convinced that through reforming education, society can be changed immensely.
Other passions are music, social equality, feminism and learning about history, going out and dancing, mostly to techno music and sometimes Latin music, outdoor sports, camping, activism, festivals, museums, hitchhiking, dogs...

I like going with the flow when I´m traveling or when I´m on vacation, I don´t like to plan everything. So if you host me and you want to hang out and take me to a rave or a family barbecue, I would love it - but if not, that´s alright as well.

Quality over quantity when it comes to traveling and couchsurfing experiences - I want to travel well, not just a lot. Taking time to reflect is also important in between experiences
