Hi! My name is Valentyna. I'm psychotherapist from Ukraine. So I can name myself a professional communicator ;) To be honest my job isn't the best way to share personal information. Therapist usually should stay behind the scene. And it's not allowed to make friends with the patients. So travelling and hanging out is nice way to meet new people and to build equal relations both sides :)

I like dance. I think it's the best way to express yourself, get more energy, fun and even meditate. I like sing as well, duet usually better than solo haha

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I was 12 years old when had the first experience as a host. Have just remembered! My guest was a girl my age. She came to Lviv (western Ukraine) from Mariupol (eastern Ukraine) with a group of pupils. It was Easter time and the purpose was to help children to connect with culture, language and local tradition of this holiday. And local people from my school could host them. It was interesting experience in deed! To share room, food and stories with smb very new, almost stranger. And I remember the feeling when you start to !see! things in your really beautiful town while showing them to your new friend...

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach to cook real Ukrainian borshch! And special my cheesecake. With the last one I had an epic fail in Netherlands because of unusual products haha so now I'm not so sure... Also I think I can be useful as a dance-movement therapist!
Also I can suggest more functional way of thinking.
