Hello! My name is Valentina, i'm 22-old student of Saint Petersburg Electrotechnical University "LETI". I was born and lived until the age of 18 in the city of Voronezh (it's enough big city in the central part of Russia). When I was 18, I went to study in Saint-Petersburg, because it was the city of my dreams: beautiful, with a rich history, but on the other side, it was the city of opportunity for me.
Now I'm living in a student dormitory. I've met a lot of friends there.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I like traveling very much. Everytime I try to go to a new place. I like to explore new places inside, meet new people and make friends. I think, that Couchsurfing is good opportunity for it.

Interests

I'm really good in cooking and interested by cuisine of different countries.
My hobby is photography, art. Also, I enjoy the extreme entertainment like paraplanerism, ATV's trips and roofing(walking on the roofs).

Music, Movies, and Books

I like different styles of music. Now i can't choose only one favorite music group: for example, in playlist you can find The Neighbourhood; Lily Allen; Sia; Kings of Leon; The Last Shadow Puppets; Arctic Monkeys; Florence and The Machine and etc.
My favorite movies...it's so difficult :) Thats why i would list some of my favorite directors - Guy Ritchie, Woody Allen, Quentin Tarantino, Frank Darabont...
I like anime more then TV-series, but this rule has exceptions: Game of Thrones, Sherlok, Friends etc :)
My favorite book it's story about a little boy with a scar :) I mean a Harry Potter. Also I'm crazy about books by Andrzej Sapkowski, Roger Zelazny, George Martin, Stephen King and etc. I like Russian classical literature, of course.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

If it means crazy things, I'd have remembered paragliding in Crimea, hitch-hiking in Rimini, the conquest of the fortress in Kusadasi (it was closed for repairs) and walks on the roofs of St. Petersburg.

I'm good in history, IT technology, cooking, crazy party, art... You will never be bored with me :) I dream about my own travel-blog with intresting photos and funny stories. But I really need to improve my English for it :(
