Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Traveling and opening the world are a great part of my and my husband life.

I think people are the most important part of every place. I hope to meet interesting people and find new friends. All my CS-friends are amazing people and I hope all my new acquaintance will be good too.

It is very interesting for me to visit the little-known attractions or learn unusual facts.

I will glad to show some extraordinary in my city or learn something amazing about visited places.

Interests

My first interest is science. Computer Science and Bioinformatics. In my university I tried to use IT for biological research and found new methods of diseases treatment. Also I teach schoolchilds math and informatics.

My second interest is organization of events. I like to organize youth forums and conferences. I work as a volunteer at the major Russian and international events often, and at a small events for children in orphanages

And my small hobby is dancing. I like salsa and bachata, it's relaxing for me.

One else hobby is snowboarding. Snow, speed, freedom are my best friends.

Music, Movies, and Books

Shantaram by David Gregory, I definitetly recommend it to read. And second place in my top books is "Surely You're Joking, Mr. Feynman!" by Richard Feynman. I like reading of different books, good and bad, and like to talk about books for ages.
I listen many different music style. But now in my player there are Of Monsters and Men, Starset and some interesting a cappella cover.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

It is difficult to say about it, because all amazing things cease to be amazing when you done this.
I have jumped from 30-meters bridge, was pilot on small plane, ran away from home to travel around Russia when I was 16
Now it doesn't seem interesting, but I hope that all amazing is ahead.
