About Me

CURRENT MISSION

enjoy life

ABOUT ME

I love to meet new people.
I hate bugs (and terrified by the one green and smelly)
I love food (cooking and eating it)
I studyed languages in high school (English, German and Chinese) because I love to get to know different cultures.
I got a bachelor degree in Biotechnology and I'm now attending a master program in Biomedical Sciences in Bonn, Germany.

what else...u'll find out when we meet ;)

PHILOSOPHY

be the change you wish to see in the world [cit.]

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I live in a very tiny room right now, so it's pretty difficult to host sb, but I'll be happy to show you around if you come nearby my city!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

went to a really nice party in Leiden (Netherland) at a Couchsurfer's place and to a language sharing night also in Leiden.
met a CS lovely girl in Coimbra that showed me the city's night life.
I went to few CS's meetings in Bonn
the very first person I met when I moved to Bonn, and now one of my best friends in Germany, is a CS. so thank you very much for creating this platform <3

Interests

I really enjoy sailing, but i don't have a boat :( attended 3 sailing courses in Sardegna

I also did ballet for so many years, but I was so bad at it! the teacher never told me "good!", but rarely she said: "I see your efforts" :'(

since few monthes I'm doing Capoeira, it has already become a passion! very cool

I really like to read books: I like Verne, Calvino, Tolkien, and many others

and when I'm too lazy to read I usually watch movies, all the good ones ;)

i love watching documentary films

really like to talk about science, but I'm not that good at maths or physics or chemistry ;)

I like also Spaghetti Western movie (Sergio Leone), Into the wild, and some old good movies (cinema paradiso, Babette's Feast, etc)

i really love animation movies

books: Tolkien, Verne and fantasy books, Calvino, Austine... mostly novels but I also like books that make you learn something or think about life

love all kind of music: trans, pop, disco, classic, rock, indie, punk, etc, etc. (can't really understand jazz, sorry!)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

i attended two sailing courses at CVC (sailing school in Caprera, small island in Sardegna), that was just one of the coolest experiences in my life.
I travelled a lot, went to Australia (walked 40 meters high through the forest); saw the niagara falls in Canada; enjoyed sitting on a bench for two hours watching New York City; went on my own in ShangHai and spent there a month studying chinese at Fudan university; attended a german language and culture course in Dresden, where I got in love with Brecht poetry. travelled around Europe and met so many friends.

Teach, Learn, Share

I'm not master in anything, but I'm happy to share what I know, either for languages or science, or Italian cooking
I would love to learn something about Asian cousine and learn how to windsurf properly
