About Me

I´m french and colombian. For the moment i'm living in Paris, but traveling so I don't have a real place of mine. Since my first experience abroad I have been addicted to the traveler life, back when I went to work in Disney (Orlando, Florida). It was for me the start of a deep change that made me see life through a whole new point of view. And now I'm trying to get great experiences through meeting people, shooting pictures, exploring, and going anywhere I am welcomed at.
I'm talkative, interested in many things so I can get very curious. Sometimes thoughtful and inside my head so I also enjoy having time by myself. I really want each day to become a new experience so I try to always go for whatever come to me and try new stuff.
Otherwise I love reading (the more you know the more you can do and talk about), listening music (and sometimes playing, as I used to play the piano), doing sport -especially parkour, climbing and martial arts-, watching movies, thinking, and exploring life.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

If you want to live by yourself and do everything by yourself you might not go that far. First of all we are a social specie and second: what a shame to loose all those things people will offer you (especially non material things). Anyway, couchsurfing is an amazing way to meet people like minded whom consciously or unconsciously are yearning for a diferent society, no more based on money but rather on exchange.
Anyway couchsurfing is just great, to make it short.

Interests

•Parkour and martial art. I feel by working your body and understanding it better, you are working out on your mind building taste for effort, it make one realise that what can appear impossible can result pretty easy with lot of effort and training, it also make me focus on the moment, and just appreciate life for what it is. If curious, check that old video I did with one of my best friends ;

•Travel, is a way to let go, stop being afraid and find the will to see the world how it really is with its good and bad experiences to offer. It make you more open minded, give you ideas to live a better life, give you lectures, and happiness.
• Music: I'm into many things. Even thoug I started with American and French rap, you might catch me listening, classical music, rock, Swedish hip hop, Cumbia, traditional Scottish songs, or music from the Andes (many other and you can help increase my repertory).
• Languages: communication is crucial for me, I would like to speak any language to understand people better, read and watch movie in original languages with their true spirit. I feel many people clash, and many conflict emerge from incomprehension. I hope by learning languages I participate in something better.
•Eating & cooking, it's important to be healthy to do sport and travel. Even though sometime I get lazy, I'm really fascinated by what our species can do with food just combining flavours and mixing different cooking way.
•History, philosophy, and social issues. I feel we need to understand our past, reflect about as many way of thinking we can to be able to see issue from different point of view and find solution.

Music, Movies, and Books

I'm not so much in "favourite things" but currently I'm reading "el amor en el tiempo del cólera ".

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Roadtrip across the US from LA to NYC with a couple of friends.
A two months and half trip in Brazil without money, hitchhiking and learning portugueses with a friend.

Teach, Learn, Share

I will be interested in learning about anything people will want to teach me, especially sport related, cooking related or about history, philosophy and social matter. I like to talk about politic even though I don't know much yet. But if you start on it be open minded cause I will be and I like to counter opinion to go beyond small talks. I will be glad to share some of my life experience, my thought about divers subject, my favourite recipes, travel tips and other things. For me teaching anyone, it will depend of if they believe I can help them. I like languages and I gave some basic class in French and English, I know how to teach parkour basic move, I like stretching and massaging, maybe you'll find other interesting things.
