As said, i love yoga. But i also practice other sports such as crossfit. I love the contrast between those two activities. I believe they complete each other quite well.

Movement is a gift. Always open to learning new things.

When I am not moving, I love watching movies, drinking good coffee and sharing nice moments around a meal.

Music, Movies, and Books

I don't know where to start with this.
I would say my favorite book so far is Nadja, by André Breton. I love surrealism in litterature. It sounds good right ? But i am also a huge Harry Potter fan.

And my movie taste are just as eclectic. Last movie/serie i watched and loved: stranger things s3 & le grand bain.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

My last adventure was going to Thailand to take a yoga teacher training. It was amazing and i don't want to sum it up in this little square. But if we met, i can ensure you will hear about it.

And my next big adventure is... Montréal ! Let's see what it holds for me.

I love teaching yoga/ sharing my passion for it.
I also love cooking (although it is not always a success)
