Always chasing new adventures, new experiences … And new things to taste.

After getting my master degree in late 2017, I spent most of 2018 travelling solo through Europe and Caucasus.. To sum it up, I volunteered and stayed in various regions in Italy, backpacked, hiked and hitchicked through Georgia and Turkey, worked in a dog shelter in Moldova, volunteered then did a motorcycle roadtrip in Transylvania, went to a traditional wedding in Morocco (and took 15kgs, oh, sweet Morocco), then hitchhicked in northen spain for 2 weeks.

… But actually that’s not the best way to describe my trip, it was about the amazing people I’ve met, the talks I had … And all the food that I ate and all the wine I’ve tasted !

Since, I came back in my hometown, Strasbourg, which is an incredible city to live in : not so big yet quite alive, BEAUTIFUL but not that touristic … actually you don’t feel that you’re living in a “big” city!

These days for me, it’s all about doing improv theater, cooking and finding new excuses to open a good bottle of wine !

The more I travel, the more I feel that I need to meet new people to live new awesome adventures, other travelers and local people as well.

兴趣

.. Everything around food : cooking, tasting, pairing, but also thinking about what are the impacts of our ways of consuming … And how we can change things for the best.

Otherwise I dance salsa and I do some improv theatre … And that is one of the most exhilarating thing I’ve done, it gets you so far away from your comfort zone!

I’m also interested in art of any kind as long as I get to know more about the approach of the people that made it.

About music, really a bit of everything, it depends on when but on thing’s for sure, when I wake up I always listen some songs from Los panchos (bolero)  or Louis Armstrong l Ella Fitzgerald l Otis Redding !

Movies … What about something a bit daring where not everybody has a happy ending for a change ?

But working in the dog shelter in Moldova was something I will never forget, for sure !
