I'm a Ukrainian currently living on a motorcycle, in the process of making a full circle around the globe to learn about as many cultures as I can.

I started my trip in September 2021, while doing research in cross-cultural aspects of expertise and reached Sri Lanka, where one night I woke up because the war in Ukraine has started. I packed everything and returned to Europe. For around two years I was just trying to be useful, until I stumbled upon a link between expertise and motivation which reignited my passion for research. I am on the road again, doing what I love most.

There is one thing I fully believe in- the purpose of life is to turn energy into beauty. My mission is to help other people create beauty by mastering the art of motivation. I do research in the psychology of motivation and I am a coach and mentor for Software Engineers and Managers.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

To explore local cultures and deepen my understanding of values, goals and motivation across them. Hopefully build deep friendships with amazing people in the process.
