I am a full time student, dancer, and waitress. Every Halloween I revive a character's spirit and look. Making costumes is time consuming yet addicting. My other interests include biking, dancing, art, film, and writing. Classical, Jazz, Indie Rock, Indie Pop/Rock, Swing, and Celtic are my go to genres.

New sites, new cultures and new food keep me going. I enjoy the thrill of both worlds, the run down and the luxurious.

I've been to Peru and my favorite places are the flea markets where the excitement lies in bargaining, street food and movement. I am a bus/bike kind of girl. This helps me really locate myself and get to know the veins of a city. Louisiana, Tennessee and North Florida are also places I have lived and visited with my family. I enjoy culture shock, and I am hungry to also go to East Asia for a fabric shopping spree.

I am from Miami, FL. I am visiting Chicago with my bestfriend. We are reuniting with cousins and friends. We are new to couch surfing and looking to meet new groups of people and keep housing costs low. We love learning from others and are not afraid of change or surprise.

Swing is currently my favorite style of dance and music. Classical music(I study ballet). Jazz and Celtic are the genres I put on when making costumes. Florence and the Machine and Grouplove are my favorite bands.

The 1950's Alice in Wonderland is my medicine. Tim Burton's and Wes Anderson's use of color and texture is raining eye candy.
