Hey everybody! My name is Vale :) I'm Ecuadorian, I live in Quito, the capital city. I'm food engineer and a really wine, chocolate and coffe passionate girl. I'll be a Sommellier soon. I'm a salsa dancer so be ready to learn some steps. I love to travel and know more about other cultures, the same way I love to tell others about mine.
