Travelling is my true passion. I think that each trip is like a small separate life and discovering every new country and culture changes you somehow.
In my ordinary life i am an international tax lawyer, perhaps not the most creative work:) But it gives me a chance to work with people all over the world. And long working hours make me really value my free time and make the most of it!

我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

For me couchsurfing is a great way to truly discover a country and the way the locals live, find friends, share experiences and just have a great time.

Unfortunately, i cannot host anyone at the moment (living with parents), but I would be glad to share useful tipps about Kyiv and to show you around. I was born in Kiev and have lived here all my life, so I know the city quite well.

I love sports, especially volleyball, running and different types of racquet sports. I also really love movies and music, especially rock music.

My favourite music bands are Muse, Placebo, Depeche mode, Leonard Cohen, Kasabian, Radiohead, Green Day and many many other bands.

Favourite movies - all of David Lynch, especially Mullholland drive and Lost highway, Tarantino's movies (Pulp fiction, Kill Bill), Woody Allen's movies, Donnie Darko, Blade Runner, the Shawshank redemption, the Witches of Eastwick, Schindler's list, the English Patient, Love Actually, Trainspotting, Death becomes her. That's only a small part of it. i really love watching good movies and going to film festivals.

I will be glad to share my travelling experiences with the hosts, talk about movies and music, spend some good time discovering the city, going out to different events and of course i will be glad to meet them in Kyiv.
