I am dreaming about a life in a harmony. I wish every person in the world could feel that they are special doing the job they like. I wish everyone were healthy, natural and were able to act continuously. These are premises of my life philosophy which consequently form my mission: develop high quality educational program for teenagers, school of personal identity which can teach teenager to make counties decisions. The appearance of this kind of pedagogics of teenagers school is the main change itself, because there are high quality educational programmes for toddlers, kindergarteners and primary and middle school students, but there is lack of educational programmes for teenagers from 12 years old and older. Either it's "pedagogy of freedom" or "pedagogy of discipline”. It is important to teach teach teachers of teenage school that the process of thinking and body posture have really tight connection. Have you ever noticed the way students uncontiously changes their postures when you ask them a question (they might bite their lips, squint eyes, try to lean, lift one shoulder, scratch their legs or head). If we were more attentive to the way a person reflects, we could understand better their problems and help them to act in more efficient way. I wish we as educators would pay attention to the way teenagers form meanings, they work with information and form a worldview and they make social relations. During puberty our body changes significantly and education should take in into consideration and help a growing organism to develop.

Also during this age teenagers trying to understand the definition of autonomy. From now and on a teenager is ready to have more responsibilities but the fact that they still live with their parents restrains them. School should help them to assist their autonomy instead of patronising whole the way through education. Real EDUCATION happens not when a teacher starts a class and explains something, it happens when a student asks a question. Education is not something that can be given, it is something you can take or ask for. And more importantly is to teach teenagers to make a choice. Most important decisions of our lives we accept unconsciously. We don't notice that we make a decision as a habit rather than our wish, and it means we are not making them.
