Hello!
My name is Lera, I'm from Kursk, Russia.

Music, movies, books, design, psychology — these are just some of the things I'm keen on.
I'm working as a freelance graphic and web designer, in my spare time I read, draw, meet with friends, go to gym or probably taking some educational courses or trainings.
Also I really enjoy travelling and going to music concerts.

I can be a little bit shy at first, but once I'm comfortable with someone, I become super talkative and cheerful :)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I think Couchsurfing is a wonderful opportunity to meet new people from different countries and share some great experience of travelling. I've stayed twice with people from couchsurfing and it was a really awesome experience.

Music, Movies, and Books

As for music, some of my favourite bands are Fall Out Boy, Panic! At The Disco, Our Last Night, Green Day. But I could go on and on naming the bands for a while because music means the world to me :) Anyway I'm open to different kinds of music and I will listen to anything as long as I think it's good, no matter what genre it is.

I read mostly non-fiction literature lately, but I do have some fiction favourites such as Harry Potter, The Hunger Games, Gone With The Wind, The Song of Ice and Fire, The Minds of Billy Milligan, The Help and some others.

I have way too many favourite movies to name all of them, I watch different kinds of movies from Disney to thrillers. To name a few: Interstate 60, 1+1, Harry Potter, Ocean's 11, Catch Me If You Can, The Intern. Big fan of Christopher Nolan and Tim Burton works. Also I used to watch a lot of tv shows and I would definitely keep watching them if I had a time-turner :D

Teach, Learn, Share

I can draw, play guitar, cook and do a lot of other stuff. I know a lot of different facts, useful and not so much. I can teach you Russian language and I'd be happy to learn new phrases in your language. I'm always open to learning new things and sharing my knowledge. Also I can tell you lots of interesting and fun facts about Russia.
