Overview
About Me
An easy-going traveller, a bit on an introvert side, though. I graduated from the Philological Department with a major in cross-cultural communications and have been teaching English to adults ever since.
I totally adore animals (cats and birds in particular). Can't imagine my day without sports or some movement, at least. I am interested in eveything that is connected with civil air transportation and even wrote my thesis on this topic! Originally i am from St.Petersburg, but I have a cherished experience of living in the States for a year in Texas. Yeeee-haw!
P.S. I am vegan, but I'm totally fine with whatever choicec people make around!

Music, Movies, and Books
David Lynch, Paul Thomas Anderson, Jim Jarmush, Terry Gilliam are definitely among my favorite film directiors. Since i am what you can call a cinephile, i watch tons of movies and can't pick one. these days i am leaning toward european art-house like Aki Kaurismaki.
Music interests vary greatly depending on what i am doing: i don't mind listening to rap and techno as well as some good old bands like Depeche Mode, Radiohead, Nine Inch Nails, Marilyn Manson, Jesus and Mary Chain.
My fav authors include (but not limited to) Michelle Houellebecq, Hunter S. Thompson, Donna Tartt. I also enjoy non-fiction.
