Survive a trip to NYC together. (meaning V would have to go to political rallies and L has to spend 6 hours in Victoria's Secrets)

ABOUT ME

We've met each other in Florence -where Valeria currently lives- in 2008 on the occasion of a youth exchange promoted by Youth in Action (a EU funding programme for youth activities) and organized by Letizia. Soon after we met, Letizia moved to Brussels and since then we've seen each other alternatively in Florence, Brussels, and the rest of Europe!
We don't know if we'll ever leave in the same city or country, but we are convinced that friendship goes beyond distance -plus, ours is giving us the chance to see and get to know bits of the world!

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Trying to be open to travellers, offering them a chat and a cup of tea whenever possible. Travelling not to get a free accomodation, but to find out enriching things about ourselves and the place we happen to "land" on!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

CS entered in our lives in different moments, but we adopted immediately as it mirrors our concept of travelling: easy-going, meeting with people, cooking, chatting, discovering a place from within. We have hosted in 3 different cities. Many people have crossed our paths. But hey, that's exactly the spirit of the whole CS experience, right? :)

Valeria can teach you how to mend a dress in emergency situations. Letizia can share with you her latest adventures in weird countries such as Azerbaijan, going on and on about political and social issues. Both can cook yummi italian food with a touch of international experience.
