Hi everybody! I come from Luik, a French-speaking city in eastern Belgium. I've studied anthropology in Brussels and I've worked as a social worker in the field of art and mental health. This summer, I've decided to travel and discover new lifestyles around the world!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Couchsurfing is a good way to travel. You think outside the box! I prefer to enjoy together than to be alone in my hotel room. To be host or traveler is an opportunity to discover new cultures, new culinary flavors and unusual places.

I've arrived in Quebec at the beginning of September and I've worked on a organic farm during 2 months. I've crossed the United-States from north to south, from Detroit to New Orleans by bus and with my backpack. I met funny and curious people and I had a chance to share a part of their life! Ahora estoy en Mexico! And I want to discover this crazy country and all of its cultures and people!

Interests

I'm interested in ecological and sustainable initiatives, local and biological agriculture. I love hiking in the great outdoors, taking time to live and enjoy simple pleasures.

I love cycling, eating, strolling around calm and beautiful places and sharing a maximum of my good mood!

Music, Movies, and Books

I like to discover new music and my musical tastes are quite eclectic with a preference for new wave and punk music. In literature, I like to read poetry, novels and essays with a special attraction for history of feminist and colonisations.
