About Me
CURRENT MISSION
TO SING!!!!!!!! as passionately and happy as I am
ABOUT ME
PLEASE NOTE:
DUE TO MY SCHOOL SCHEDULE IT'S NOT POSSIBLE FOR ME AT THE MOMENT TO HOST OR GO FOR A COFFEE, AS I HAVE LOADS OF THINGS GOING ON.
As I'm still new to Amsterdam myself I don't know much about it yet, but if you have questions about CouchSurfing itself, I will try to answer your specific questions.
Have a great day!!
====================
Passionate Singer with a travelling urge and matching language addiction who's always up for crazy and spontanious ideas to break daily habits and a nice laughing fit. But better still, meet me for a cup of coffee and make up your own mind ; ).
I enjoy the sun shining on my face when I'm sitting in the train, but walking through a rainy day under a preferably red umbrella also is a thing that makes me happy. I enjoy sitting in cafés or at lakes and parks, holding a nice hot tea in my hands (yes even when it´s warm) and simply watch the people as they´re passing by, getting lost in the landscape around me. So if you see me somewhere, please come up and say hello!
Maybe a last word about Me and Singing: It's an urge that drives me on in about everything I do. Being led by it I've discovered unknowns boundaries with myself and I stepped over them. I've got a hopeful feeling that this part is going to last all my life. At the moment I'm studying music at the Conservatory of Amsterdam, but I'm not really bothered about where I'm going to end up as long as the way there is full of surprises.

PHILOSOPHY
Smile, laugh, love without reason - it's contagious so you can't stop it from spreading. It will come back as everything you give.
To enjoy every moment of my life and feel every second of it burning my soul.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I surf, host, attend meetings and go for drinks or city guides. During my time in Zurich I was trying some first steps as an unofficial city ambassador by organising meeting and encountering possiblities.
Hosting and surfing offers loads: breaking daily habits by adapting to another person's lifestile, see new places, partying - but all in all it's about life, how every single person tries to find his or her way with the time given to us.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
During High School I used to hang around with exchange students from all around the globe and when I visited them I did Non-CS-couchsurfing. So enrolling on CS was a logical thing to do and it proved to be the perfect combination to my other passion, Singing and Music.
So far I CS-surfed: Delft (NETHERLAND), Milano (ITALY)- my "every 2nd weekend-destination", Stuttgart (GERMANY), Bruneck (Austria)
Non CS-Couchsurfing: Nanjing, Suzhou (CHINA), Fukuoka, Kyoto, Morioka, Tokyo (JAPAN), Potsdam, Langenberg, Frankfurt (GERMANY), Budapest, Vasegerszeg (HU), Wald, Teufen, St.Gallen, Herisau, Zürich, Bern (SWITZERLAND)
Hosted:
- Annika und Fabian (Germany)
- Minami (JP)
- Willy Chyr (USA)

Music, Movies, and Books
I'd say that I generally prefer deep going material to superficial entertainment, but sometimes a funny story that makes you laugh your head off can be just as healthy. following some of my favourites
:
Movies: Inuyasha, Before Sunrise, Paprika, Green Mile, The Pianist, Harold and Maude, Curse of the Golden Flower, The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy, American Beauty, Pride and Prejudice, Irezumi, Ni nabian jidian?
Music: Bach, Mozart, Debussy and every thing in between, Blues, Jazz, Raggae, Folkmusic, Hip Hop, Hard Rock... - basically anything if my mood is in it. I'm a classically trained singer but to me classifications are no use: Music - in every stile and presentation - has an effect upon people that cannot possibly be described by words. We keep on being fascinated and sucked into this mysterious world and we can't do anything against it. I don't think we need any other reason than that to keep on doing it.
Books: Haruki Murakami, Hermann Hesse, W. Goethe, Shakespeare, Jane Austen, Rurouni Kenshin, Please save my earth, Jiro Taniguchi, Fruits Basket
