ABOUT ME
I am a rather calm person, very intuitive, who loves to share with interesting people. I am open-minded yet mostly not interested by mainstream cultures, very curious about all kinds of alternatives ways of being, thinking, eating and healing etc.
I am sincerly interested in becoming a more conscious and complete human being.
PHILOSOPHY
I try not to pin down things too much. My general sense of direction is : mind opening up to something lighter, brighter more spacious and naturally more in touch with others and everything else that exists.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
Four years ago, as I was ending a one-year trip, someone told me about couchsurfing and I surfed twice during my transits towards home. Although these were positive experiences they did not make such a big impression on me, I think because I was already full with one year of travelling experience and very apprehending getting back home. So I really forgot about it...
Then I made this awesome trip last year and have been quite a lot, by wonderful people.
At this point I would like to host in Montreal but I lack the space right now, so soon hopefully.
Interests
Alternative healing, Conscious Eating, Buddhism, Visual Arts, Environment-friendly ways of being, Travelling.
I like observing human interactions a lot. I like things that are aesthetically pretty, not necessarily in a marketable sense but more in an artistic sense. I like simplicity, authenticity, bright colors, the sea, nature in general.

Music, Movies, and Books
I don't like the idea of listing all these things down, moreover I am pretty bad at remembering names of authors and directors, titles etc. But I like works that are inspiring, in the sense of bringing people to experience something a bit like I just said, an opening up of the self.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
The latest most amazing thing I have done is surely having spent three nights in the Sahara desert with Nomads Berbers. Purely magical.
Teach, Learn, Share
One thing that I would be happy to share is basic shamatha meditation, a tibetan buddhist meditation that is pretty much the same as the zen meditation. I also am a thai yoga massage therapist (my website: www.vallaa.com) so I am open to share
