We are backpack travelers and because of our extreme interest in seeing the world, traveled through Iran and abroad. In our trips, we visited lots of places around the world and realized that there are also tons of beautiful places in Iran that are still unknown to the world. All of them have so many stories to tell that even some of Iranians haven’t heard yet. When we were on the trip, we saw travelers who go to other countries much easier because those places were well introduced and also they could simply book their tickets for transport, hotel, etc. Unfortunately, because of the sanctions, booking is not that simple in Iran and as Iranian accounts are not connected to Visa Card, Master Card and Paypal, these services are out of access in Iran.

We also realized that there is a negative atmosphere in the international media about Iran and the information they were spreading about it, was mostly untrue! We have talked to many of the tourists who chose Iran as their destination and all of them (really of all of them!) said that their opinion totally changed before and after coming to Iran.

All of these concerns made us create a place to introduce Iran as it is and also to facilitate the travel to Iran for tourists. We had the tool since we were a software company and had some products in tourism and travel agency field. I discussed this idea with my colleagues and they absolutely loved it. And it finally began!

We started planning to produce this platform. There were many problems ahead of us, sometimes we couldn’t find a way but we never got disappointed and took help from some of our friends who had expertise in this field and we passed and are passing the difficulties one by one. On the first level we designed and performed some tours to introduce Iran and the places, activities and experiences that someone can visit, do and have in this country and right now our team is preparing a platform for booking ticket of plane, train and hotel and this will be soon added to the features of https://Touriar.Com

After we managed to introduce Iran to the world, we will start to show the friendly face of other parts of the earth which have not been well known.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

We are a couple who are interested to visit countries and cities to know more about other cities...other countries....other people...other cultures and other ways of thinking!And also be host for all of those people who make us get familiar with them. Each people in any point of this world has grown up in unique environment with totally different culture...So...we need to get familiar whit other ideas and other cultures or even other places to think better and know our world better.
