About Me
CURRENT MISSION
Live as peacefully as possible, explore the world, appreciate nature, learn from other women.
ABOUT ME
Hello! I am a female megalopolis dweller from Mexico City, I currently work as a language interpreter (mainly in conference settings) and I'm learning the basics of silversmithing.
My plan is to become a full time jeweler in the near future, although life has put some obstacles here and there, but I'm determined!
I enjoy traveling around, especially to places with lush nature, so far I've traveled a bit around Mexico and I've visited the following countries:
-United States
-Cuba
-Guatemala
-Colombia
-Peru
-England
-France
-Spain
Hoping to expand that list and to get to know those countries better! I've especially loved Cuba, the amazonian region between Colombia and Peru, and northern spain. I really *really* love jungles, as I adore insects and reptiles, and I love the ocean, too, so, places near one or both of those are usually my favorite kind of place. Changes a bit from the city! lol
Regarding city life: I like street culture, I particularly enjoy hip-hop music and getting to know the ways of life of people that aren't at the top of the city's foodchain, if you know what I mean. I find those kind of humans very interesting and there is lots to be learnt from them, ad lots of things to share! I also enjoy historical places such as old buildings and archeological museums or sites.
I should add I'm also a feminist and a lesbian, so if there's a problem with that we're not going to get on well.
If you're okay with that then yay!

Music, Movies, and Books
I like almost everything!
I find that if one does not enjoy a thing, it is merely because one hasn't understood it yet. There's always ONE thing one is going to like even in the things we thing we're not going to like.
I'm pretty open minded about this.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I saw a comet once, in Cuba. It was awesome!
Hiking seven hours to see an active volcano in guatemala, traveled on a cargo boat for a week in the amazon while sleeping in a suspended hammock.
Teach, Learn, Share
I have a LOT of stories and I'm pretty passionate about many of my interests. I can try and teach you a language but I'm gonna be honest I'm not a great language teacher. I can still try :)
I'm pretty good at teaching people how to draw and sculpt stuff, though!
I can also teach you stuff about animals and anything I learn about the plants and wildlife in your surroundings if I find something out (I'm terribly curious).
I'm also pretty passionate about prehispanic mexican history so I can share a lot about aztec and mayan mythology and lore if you're into it.
What I Can Share with Hosts
I'm good company! jajaja
I can also help with translating, painting things (both decorative and if you just need me to help paint a room), moving stuff around. I'm not super super strong but I can handle some physical labor lol.
I can help taking care of pets (cats are my speciality, but I can also take care of fish and reptiles) and children (not babies though, but I can handle kids in the 4-12 year old range).
I'm a fast learner in general so I can do practically anything if you teach me how to do so, except for the following things:
-Math related stuff (I'm bad with numbers)
-Cooking (althoug I'm trying to teach myself)
-Driving (maybe some day, but I can't drive for now)
