ABOUT ME
I am.. a student. Yes lets start there; I study. I am doing a two year international master program in international relations/development, and this program is actually a huge part of my life right now, because every semester is in a different place. So right now I am living in Buenos Aires until December (2010) and after this will go to Bangkok.
PHILOSOPHY
the subtext under this box asks the question 'why do you live your life?' I am going to start asking people that I think! What a question.. And I don't really know how to answer that! But, risking sounding all too epicurian, I guess I feel that in the absence of a sure reason or destiny, the best thing to do is to just.. be happy to be around! We'll figure this one out together ok?
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I love couchsurfing for the amazing meetings it generates, the aspect of randomness and the surprises it brings about. I owe a lot of happy moments to this website, the community and the people who surf both of them. I am helping building this thing by...just enjoying it I guess!
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
About seven years ago I heard about this network - or a similar one actually, hospitalityclub - and signed up as soon as I was home. I love meeting new people, this is a big part of the reason I like traveling so much, and learning it does not have to be exclusive to this was a huge find. So I hosted a lot of people then, while living in Amsterdam. Lately I have just been surfing. I think that both 'roles' are really awesome and essential to understand what these networks are about.
Interests
Dreams, music, nature..food! Listing to good music surrounded by nature while eating an empanada and than waking up, I would be very interested in that. (I should go to a festival I think..) But yes, these things I would consider to be the good life. Having a sense of belonging and doing something worthwhile in the process and we have got ourselfs a true utopia. So I am probably not that different from you I think. Or don't you like empanadas?

Music, Movies, and Books
I love a range if different kinds of music, hard to pin that down really.. The good news is that when traveling mostly I am carrying this harddrive with me that has heaps of music and films, so we can share stuff. I love learning about local bands, too.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Although I don't remember much of the details, being born was quite amazing
