What is Vanalava?

We all came from different place and life. But we have a similar point of view of our world... What we hope is to build, step by step, a place where every member of this family can express him self by creating as he want. A space where every one can share his experiences, art, demons, pain without any judgement. The other member are also here to help with patience and compassion. This place is deep in the jungle : so surrounded by the sound of birds, lovely insects and many many different creatures.. In other word, we are enveloped by nature, serenity, harmony. We want to take the chance to change, to think outside the box, to listen and fallow our self our heart... And see witch reality we want to live in.

How to reach Vanalava?

Hi travellers! Now our peaceful sweet home is under construction in a new amazing wild place deep in the jungle nearby Santa Maria. Santa Maria is 1 hour of peaceful nice boat trip down of the Amazon river from Iquitos. You can take the boat from the port named Nanay Belavista : this is the most common port of Iquitos. To reach Nanay Belavista u can take the bus or a motocar. With motocar, it will cost 3 soles for 3 person, maximum 4 soles from the center. The center is called Plaza de Armas. The bus coast only 1 sole and u can take it from the airport (you come out and you need to wait next to the road. All buses have a small table at the front , and if u read Nanay at the bottom take it. Nanay is the final station.) If u take a motocar from the airport directly to get there will coast 8 soles.

In Iquitos there is one place what almost all motocar's drivers know : Ariz Burger. Ariz Burger is at the Plaza De Armas. It's a big restaurant at the corner with red chairs and ice cream. (lot of time used for meetings, and the coffe's price is acceptable 3.5soles "cafe especial")

When u reach Nanay you just need to say Santa Maria and they will show u the boat , the trip coast 4 soles then 40-50min later u will reach this wonderful village. From Santa Maria....
