Por qué estoy en Couchsurfing

I want to travel around Europe this summer-winter before I join my job here in India. One of the reason I want to join Couchsurfing is I want to do a budget trip, but more than that I want to stay with the native people and know about their lives and listen to their stories. I believe in "Every story is worth telling and more than that it is worth living" So, I want to know about the amazing experiences of so many people and I even want to have some of those. I hope living with people in their homes makes me to know about their culture which I am really looking forward to.

Music definitely depends on the state of mind- so almost every type of music is appreciated. Movies - really? I think everyone has a big list to answer this question. Books - I like Fiction , Comic and Romantic books.

Algo increíble que he hecho

I once volunteered in an organisation called DARE - Development Action for Rural Environment which deals with many problems. We get to talk to few people who are addicted to drugs as this organisation is also a kind of rehab. I got to talk to a man(can't tell his name) who is intensively addicted to drugs. In my span of one month volunteering there, I talked to him but he was hesitant at first. But eventually we became friends and I finally talked him to reduce his intake of drugs. There was a lot of change in his behaviour after that. I felt so amazing as my interaction made a difference in his life. He was a bit more happy after that. I don't say I was able to make him copletely quit his intake of drugs, but I am happy I atleast made a difference. I think the most amazing thing a man can do is seeing a smile on other's face because of him. Be happy and make everyone happy.

I would like to teach them my culture and as many things I can which they would like to learn from me. I would love to learn about their culture and experience a different kind of life. I am really looking forward to know about their experiences and share mine.
