Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

We stayed on some friends' futon in Portland OR (USA).
He stayed on a friend's couch on coastal WA (USA).
We have semi-permanent couches in Minneapolis, MN (USA) and Alencon (France).

music: pretty much anything except hard-core gangsta rap & twangy country.
books: He likes intense fiction and non-fiction (Umberto Eco is a favorite). She likes fluffy fantasy.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

He climbed sea stacks in Olympic National Park to make audio recordings of the surf. She took photos and mocked him.
