*I'm not in Germany until 2020!*

I'm a music student from Germany, I love to play guitar and to play together with other people and writing songs.

I love traveling because there's so much in this world that I haven't seen yet!

I'm interested in many topics, these are (besides the topics mentioned in the 'My favourite Music, Movies & Books' section): Politics, History, Psychology, Science (although I'm not good at that haha), just to mention a few, but I'm sure there even more things we can talk about!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I was only recently introduced into couchsurfing when I was doing a roadtrip on the US westcoast with a friend. I had never tried it before, but I instantly loved it!

We had so many great experiences with very nice hosts and couchsurfers we met on our way, and our road trip would not have been the same without these great people!
I never knew there could be so much I would miss as an 'ordinary' tourist.

I also love to show people around where I live! I would also like to host people when I have a bigger appartment, (unfortunately, my current room is way too small to be enjoyable for travelers :( )

Music, Movies, and Books

Since I grew up in a household where music was always present (my father is a huge fan of vinyl, music magazines and music in general), I listen to most kinds of music, but the styles I love most are Rock, Metal and Blues.

I have too many favourite bands (and artists) to mention here, but among my most preferred acts are Metallica, Guns 'N' Roses, Avenged Sevenfold, Led Zeppelin, Iron Maiden, Alter Bridge, Dream Theater, Steven Wilson (and other prog bands too) and some great guitarists like Gary Moore, John Mayer, of course Jimi Hendrix and bands like Yellowcard, Blink-182, Billy Talent, .... But I'm also down for many 80s pop or rock bands and bands from the 'class of 2005' like Arctic Monkeys, Mando Diao or Franz Ferdindand.

I also love reading, I most prefer thrillers, but I also love comics and, of course, I'm a huge fan of Harry Potter!

In terms of films, I love the Star Wars movies (all of them!), Tarantino, Jurassic Park & World, Animated Films, Disney, Thrillers, Comedy, Marvel (I guess I have seen too many films to pick some favourites :P )

And I'm also a gamer! I played games such as FIFA, Assassins Creed, Watchdogs, GTA, Battlefield, and many, many racing games!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

With my band, I played a concert in the stadium of my favourite football club Eintracht Frankfurt (only a few songs, but still ^^)

I went Whale Watching and saw 6 Humpback whales. One of them was even performing a jump.

I did a roadtrip on the Westcoast of the US.

I saw most of my favourite bands in concert while they're still active.
