Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Being a student always comes with a looot of expenses and little money. Couchsurfing is my only chance in actually seeing more places! And I cannot believe I only came across it now! Plus, I study Culture and with Couchsurfing I not only get to experience new places, but I will also see people living life in those amazing cities. It is like a first hand experience which only very little people get.

Music, Movies, and Books

Music wise I've always been a fan of classic rock. I adore the Beatles and other bands like The Smiths and Guns N' Roses. I also played the piano for a long time but unfortunately don't get to play very often anymore, so I'm not sure what I still remember. My major in Univeristy is film, it is one of my great, great passions. I enjoy all kinds of movies , but especially Scandinavian vintage cinema. Finally, when it comes to books I am a real nerd for romance novels . Everything from Jane Austin all the way to Charlotte Bronte. And of course, I can't do without Harry Potter or Percy Jackson.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Moving to another country at 18. One of the most challenging and eye opening things I’ve ever done. Waaaay out of my comfort zone, but it helped me become the person I am today and it shaped me so much to become the better version of me.
