About Me
Born in the U.S., raised in Russia, U.S., and Bulgaria, I love to travel! I want to experience countries authentically, to check out the local grocery store, walk through less central neighborhoods, visit a cemetery or two, the usual.
Right now I can only host people for 1-2 nights because the neighbor below us complains when I have guests, but in April I will move so hopefully it will be back to normal then.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
When I come back home after traveling, it's small moments with people that I remember the most fondly :). The couchsurfer community is full of interesting people to connect with !!

Music, Movies, and Books
Music: I love unusual music like old folk songs, glitchy hyperpop, a collage of field recordings, etc.
Books: I used to run a book club on nonfiction literature in a community center, recently had to stop because I will move and I already miss it so much! Some faves are: Caliban and the Witch, The Overstory, The Raven Scholar, Giovanni's Room, The Warmth of Other Suns.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I just finished producing my first song!
I've also done a lot of activism and community work, a better future is possible.
Teach, Learn, Share
I can show you how to make a fun image collage from found materials, how to make borscht, how to sew, and other little crafty things.
What I Can Share with Hosts
