Hello! I am currently an English Literature student who can't wait to escape and see more of the world (sorry if this sounds cliched!). I did a semester abroad in Sweden and that has really been the gateway drug into wanting to travel more.

I want to meet nice people and make friends along the way, because that's the most fun part of travelling! I don't want to treat anyone as a free hotel - I am interested in spending time and getting to know others :)

Interessi

Number one interest has got to be reading (although have become disillusioned with reading due to my course haha). I can play violin and piano, although it's been a while since university has got in the way!

Musica, film e libri

My favourite writers are Ian McEwan, Kazuo Ishiguro and Haruki Murakami. I definitely prefer contemporary to classics, sorry

Films wise, I have got to say that Forrest Gump is one of my favourite films because it's the film I always watch at Christmas with my mum. Tom Hanks is America's sweetheart. Also gotta say the Bridget Jones' Diary trilogy (yes, it is trilogy status now), because my biggest guilty pleasure is a good rom com. Also really like documentaries, namely Louis Theroux (my intellectual bae): "my money doesn't jiggle jiggle, it folds"
