Overview
About Me
I'm a Michigan native, freshwater guppy, an artist of all sorts, I have a work ethic that sometimes gets the best of me, and a desire to see everything. I like to listen to stories. Having to figure out my way around new cities is a little too exciting to me. I spent my childhood traveling everywhere as a military child. I spent the first part of my 20s WWOOFing in Hawaii. I fully intent on doing as many things as I can until my body forces me to stop.
Over-prepare, under-plan, and go with the flow.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
As a host, I hope to be able to give to others the things that meant the world to me when I was on the road. I want to be able to be a friendly face and a helpful guide and share the city I love so much with others.
As a surfer, I want to be connected with all walks of life and share stories and cook all of you dinner.
Interests
Going on walks, drawing, experimental cooking, yoga, drinking well-made cappuccinos, tourist watching, playing punk rock basement shows.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I grew up in a military family, so before the age of 14, I'd lived in Germany, Panama, Missouri, Colorado, Germany (again), Pennsylvania, and Michigan. Momma started me off early with itchy feet that like to go, go, go. I got to see the Vatican at the age of 11, go skiing in the Rockies at the age of 9, and again in the Alps at the age of 10, jumped off cliffs in Cinque Terre, Italy on a weekend camping trip with my youth group, shared a back yard with a family of howler monkeys as a toddler, and these were all the norm for me and my family.
What I Can Share with Hosts
Love languages are a very real thing and one of my biggest ones is FOOD. I will boarder line beg you to let me cook you dinner (although it's never come to that, most people are more than eager). I love sharing cooking knowledge and then getting to share a meal together.
