ABOUT ME
Born in Mexico and raised in Florida.
Hi there! I am a Finance and International Business graduate from the University of Tampa. I decided to put my degrees to use by taking a job in Budapest in Finance! Why Budapest? Well, I always seek adventure and a great way to enjoy life so here I am :) I am passionate about traveling and exploring new places. As an aspiring Entrepreneur, my goal is to own my chain of bars that give a unique experience from various parts of the world. Hopefully, that experience will encourage them to travel and learn more about different countries and cultures. What makes me a great traveler is that I am adventurous and spontaneous, and always open to meet new people and cultures!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing
The concept of meeting new people fascinates me! Whether I am hosting someone or vice versa, I am always down to teach those I meet things about my culture as well as to learn from my hosts. Also, being new to Budapest, I would love to meet locals to learn more about this amazing country and city!
Interests
Traveling is one of my passions, whether it is traveling an hour from my hometown, or traveling to the other side of the world (as I am now). On a side note, I enjoy reading self improvement and financial books as well as to go on evening jogs.

Teach, Learn, Share
“Why do you go away? So that you can come back. So that you can see the place you came from with new eyes and extra colors. And the people there see you differently, too. Coming back to where you started is not the same as never leaving.”
― Terry Pratchett, A Hat Full of Sky (Discworld, #32)
"Only thing we have to fear is fear itself."
― FDR
These are two of my favorite quotes. I live my life based on these concepts.
Quote #1: I love going away and exploring new places. Not only do I learn new things, but I always gain a new perspective, learn a new side of life, and become more appreciative of who I am and where I come from.
Quote #2: Fear shouldn't be an excuse to hold you back from doing things, but in fact, it should be the drive to get out there and do things you wouldn't have expected to do before.
What I Can Share with Hosts
Once I am able to host people in my own apartment (currently abroad), I will be able to show them around, give them great insights as well as be a connection to meet more local people. Not only can I be a great resource, but I can become a lifelong friend! :)
