I am an Indonesian, currently living in Nottingham doing my postgrad study in Food Production Management. One sleepwalking primate, a bathroom singer, an easygoing and adventurous girl, curious traveller but a home-person at heart.
Still have tons of things to be done in her bucket list including skydiving, exploring her country's best beaches, see the Northern Lights, try local foods from all over the world, and meet Bear Grylls in person!

我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

I have been a member since 2013, but have just decided to really start my CS experience since i moved to UK.
I love to travel and more than happy to meet new people, learn new languages, and above all of that, I do Couchsurfing because im always curious about seeing the world through other people's eyes, and love to hear people's stories!

兴趣

A foodie, love to experiment in cooking and baking (not saying that im a good cook, but at least I havent killed someone with my cooking......). Animal lovers (and believe me, its soo hard to leave my two dogs, one cockatoo, goldfishes, and a rabbit back at home for a while). Enjoy traveling with company, also solo travelling, want to explore the world, but have just started doing it (its never too late to start, right?). I spend most of my travelling time by walking and wandering around, eat, and enjoy a drink (or two, or... more?) with a good conversation.

I have no specific preference of music. If i like it, then i listen to it! From classical, jazz, rock, and... actually, everything. Bust mostly listen to Sigur Ros, The Smiths, Oasis, John Legend, Russian Red, the cardigans, and of course, Indonesian music.

Again, no favourite genre, but usually my kind of movies is the one that keeps my imagination running. Thats why im a Lord of The Rings' geek, a huge fan of Studio Ghibli's movies, and of course, Harry Potter (well.. who doesnt?) Other movies that ive (re)watched for few times are Trainspotting, Enemy At The Gates, The Children of Huang Shi, Shawshank Redemption, Pride and Prejudice, and lots of 2000's horror movies such as The Others and The Skeleton Key.

My books? Again, TLOTR trilogy, The Hobbit, Memoirs of A Geisha, Wild Swans (by Jung Chang), and Marley and Me.
