Hi! I'm Vanja. I love to travel, meet new people, and try new things! I'm pretty bubbly, happy go lucky, chatty, friendly, considerate and warm. I'm enthusiastic about helping others and spreading kindness and compassion wherever i go. I have a zest for life and gratitude for all the beauty in it! It's the little things that really matter after all, like fresh figs off a tree, a delicious meal, salt water, a good quote, nature, spending time with those i love etc. I take an interest in new languages and I love trying new foods! I love playing beach/indoor volleyball, tennis, going to concerts, doing volunteer work to help the community or an important cause, and going on hikes and discovering cool places! Most of all, i'm passionate about people and making connections, raising awareness about mental health, human interactions, learning, teaching and new experiences. i also especially love the sea and being outdoors. there's something so relaxing and therapeutic about just enjoying the calmness and stillness of the water around me and a good book or maybe some ice cream...I also love to laugh!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

i lived in toulouse, france for a year and taught english in a small town called castelnaudary and i also did shorter "workaway" exchanges near basel, switzerland and biarritz, france. it was pretty neat living in the countryside and experiencing the simple way of life there!
