ABOUT ME

As I am language teacher I like all kind of languages, even if I do not know them.
I adore water and swimming, above all lakes and of course the sea.
I would describe myself as open-minded ( I know, it is a very worn term, so better test me ;-)), peaceable, and a lover of justice; perhaps I need some warming-up time when getting to know to new persons, but this could be also an assessment too subjective.

in Protest of Couchsurfing Inc.'s new Terms of Use which entitle them to a limitless sell out of our user data as they please, I am temporarily deleting some info in my profile. The new Terms of Use are supposed to come into effect on Sept 14th 2012.
If they come to reason and give us control over our own data I'll be happy to put my info back and keep on using Couchsurfing. I hope I will have the chance to do that, because CS has really enriched my life.
I would like to encourage everyone to join the protest. Let's fight to get our community spirit back!!

Till now I attended several weekly meetings here in Cologne, and I visited very nice people in Estonia as well as in Rotterdam.
