ABOUT ME

Hi I'm a 37 years young Neapolitan woman :-)
I studied psychology in Florence (Italy) where I also worked as promoter of cultural events for a local advertising company. After finishing my studies I moved to South America, where I worked for different NGO as psychologist and social worker.
In 2010 I moved to ireland where I spent 7 years. I first worked at a project about self sufficiency, I learnt about organic gardening, traditional and ecological building, carpentry, stone wall building, thatching, poultry, learning Do-It-Yourself (DIY) skills, fishing, magazine and book publication, web site creation and maintenance, learning cooking and food preservation skills, hospitality to guests and visitors.
In Ireland I also studied complementary therapies, like Swedish massage, Thai massage, reflexology and sport and deep tissue massage, and I worked at an health and herbs clinic and shop, blending and dispensing herbal remedies.
I now live in Portugal, I'm running a little bnb for people who enjoy nature and outdoor activities.
I'm also planning to create a space for workshops, mostly body movement related but anything health related really!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I was in Brasil hosted by wonderful people and I had some surfers on Inis Mor and in Galway. It's a great way to meet people, I'm very grateful for being hosted by locals in foreign countries, and I absoulutely loved hosting travelers in my house. Travelling is a demanding activity and it can be very exhausting...I found it nice to give pople the opportunity to feel at home and to recharge the batteries by sharing with them the comforts of my house, and by giving them useful tips about the place they are visiting.

Centres d'intérêt

I like cycling, walking, diving, dancing, and pretty much any acrobatic movement, I also like watching movies and constantly learning about new things.
I enjoy nature and yoga. I also enjoy good food and good wines...I like whiskey too!
