Teach, Learn, Share
I've run a small business and taught meditation full time for 4 Years.
If you didn't know how to meditate, but always wanted to try, I'm the guy for you.
Was a professional, trained, cook for 8 years, with a speciality in Asian food.
I'm vegetarian/vegan
I know about marketing, writing, public speaking, websites, psychology, cooking, organisation, mindfulness and awareness techniques, leadership, a little about neuroscience and Sanskrit.
One of the biggest things I've learnt is that people have to ask to learn. Nobody likes a know it all, mostly people want to be listened to, not lectured to by people eager to prove themselves.
The best exchange is an honest understanding between two people - everything else is a positive addition.
