About Me

CURRENT MISSION

ABOUT ME

I'm a hopeless optimist.

PHILOSOPHY

I think life is full of opportunities. I think everything has a solution. I think people should understand each other. I think I shouldn't worry, but I think it hard not to. I think, and it hurts... :)

Music, Movies, and Books

Jazz lately, and everything else. Used to listen to (nu)metal. Still am a big fan of Soundgarden.

I don't read as much as I'd like to. I think the last book I really liked was 100 years of solitude by G. G. Marquez. I read mostly technical books and I think D. E. Knuth is cool :)

I can't say I saw recently any good movies. Avatar and Wall-e were good, but I think todays entertainment is more based on series, and I watch House MD, How I met your mother, and The big bang theory. And I can't wait for the new Futurama episodes. I'm also a big fan of South Park and the Simpsons :)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

- Thought discreet mathematics to freshmen in collage.
- Scuba dived across the Tiasa river.
- Understood the difference between infinity and continuum infinity which is a infinitely times more.
- Saw the the Burg Al Arab, on the Palm island and drove through the desert in Dubai.
- Saw Tokyo, Kyoto and Osaka, saw the Shoren-in temple by night, been to a Maiko performance (in Gion Kyoto), eaten raw horse meat, been in Kyoto Tower, went shopping for geta (traditional Japanese wooden slippers), and ended up making out with a Japanese girl when visiting Umeda Sky Building in Osaka, in Japan.
- went to Turkey by car.

Teach, Learn, Share

I love to teach mathematics, I believe it is the most beautiful science in the world. If you disagree I'm ready to prove you wrong :) I also know a thing or two about computers.

I'm ready to learn almost anything. Wanna learn Judo and Japanese! And if you have information on cheap travel, tell me about it.
