I travelled a lot after i finished High School in 2008. I visited Hong Kong, the US and most parts of Australia. I've lived in Istanbul for a semester and love to travel and meet local people.

I'm open minded,flexible, quite sarcastic and I like socialising, even though sometimes I need some quiet time on my own. I like to explore the places I visit all day long - on my own or with somebody I meet.

Oh and I love food. Any suggestions for really good local food are always welcome.

The best way to get to know a place is to spend time with the people who live there. I like to see how people live and get advise on where to go and what to see from them.
I have also found it quite interesting to host people in my old flat in Berlin - I have moved to a new shared flat in Hamburg now where I unfortunately can't host anyone at the moment.

I like to cook for my hosts as a way of saying thank you - but beware that it might not always be the best food you have ever tasted. Some friends and I once made the mistake of cooking spaghetti for our Italian hosts. You wouldn't think that cooking pasta can go so wrong...
