About Me

CURRENT MISSION

To explore as much of the world as I can and meet people from different cultures. Try new things. I love life and I want to experience it to the fullest :)

ABOUT ME

My names Veronica. I'm 27 years old and originally from New York. I'm a Returned Peace Corps Volunteer. I just moved to Barcelona to continue working as an English Teacher and learning Spanish. I love meeting new people from all over the world and learning about their cultures/sharing mine.

I'm very outdoorsy and active. I love hiking, biking, running, camping, the list goes on. I've very open-minded and love going on new adventures. I'm not a huge partier, but I do enjoy having a glass of wine or two with good friends. Yet, if you really wanna make me happy, make me a cup of cáfesito:).

Besides that, I'm very open-minded and I love learning about different ways of life. And of course, I'm always down to share travel experiences as well!

NOTE: I use Couchsurfing for the purpose of meeting new people , sharing travel stories and exploring new places together. I DO NOT use it as in place of a dating website.
Just so we're all on the same page :)!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

How can you possibly choose one amazing thing?

I lived in a small rural town of Costa Rica as the only foreigner. For me, this was one of the most amazing experience as I truly got to learn the culture and see what it felt like to be the only foreigner in town.

Teach, Learn, Share

I've done a lot of traveling and love sharing my experiences with others. I'm originally from New York so I can teach you about the city and other areas of the United States. I've taught English in the past, so I can help if you want to improve your English. I speak Spanish, but still have to improve, so I'm always up for exchanging language! I have a big heart and a lot to share with others. I hope to learn from you as well! :)
